ONE YEAR TODAY!!!!

Today is my one year anniversary smoke free! my last cigarette was on April 22, 2009. For the past year I have been COMPLETELY analog free and I just had to share this momentous occasion with all of you. If you ever have any doubts that you too can quit, just remember, we were all there once! Even if you fall off the proverbial wagon, dont worry, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and go back at it! Trust me, if after 28 years I can quit, then YOU CAN TOO!!!
